If the goods are in stock, orders will be sent out within 5 working days.
If the item is out of stock, the order may take longer to complete. You will be informed of any further delay via email or telephone.

Expected delivery time 5-3 working days (for the First Class mail) or 5-7 days for the second class. This is in addition to pricessing time.

We guarantee that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all accessories, then send the package to: The Felt Box Limited, 73 Oak Lane, Kings Cliffe, Peterborough, pe8 6yy.
We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.
Please ensure that you receive a proof of postage for your own records and have adequate insurance cover should the parcel be lost. The felt box cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
Delivery Charges -If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will also refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item to you but we CANNOT refund your costs in returning it to us.

If Royal Mail or another courier is unable to deliver to the delivery address provided and returned to us for any of the following reasons:
addressee gone away
not called for
no such address
In the above cases postage and packaging charges will NOT be refunded. You will need to pay for re-delivery.
